- Gather data on potential customers, find their contact info, and the right person to call from online research
- Make sure the sales team are updating their reports and CRM correctly on a daily basis.
- Update records and activities using CRM system.
- Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in CRM to ensure efficient lead management
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Follow-up with Sales team to insure all the leads are reached.
- Bachelor's Degree, marketing, business or related field
